Hot + Cold therapy in East Auckland
WYLD Howick is one of two WYLD clinics offering private Hot + Cold therapy suites featuring full-spectrum infrared sauna at 60°C+ and ice bath at 4°C. Sessions are 50 minutes. Note: Howick suites do not have shower facilities — guests typically rinse at home or at the gym afterwards. Memberships and bundles work across both Newmarket and Howick locations.

Most Southern Cross policies cover a portion of your treatment cost — we process the claim at the time of your appointment so you only pay the gap.
