Yes — street parking is available near all our clinics. Most locations also have nearby public parking options. If you're unsure, give us a call and we'll point you to the closest spots.

No referral is needed for any of our services. For ACC claims, our chiropractors and physiotherapists can lodge a new claim directly — no GP visit required.

Just yourself. If you have relevant imaging, medical reports or a list of medications, bring those along — but they're not essential. Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy movement.

We require 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee. To cancel, email or call us directly — we're unable to process cancellations via online booking.
