Wellness Talks
A complimentary 30-minute presentation for your team on posture, stress, spinal health, ergonomics or sleep — tailored to your workplace. Can be arranged during a lunch break or team meeting. Employees can book appointments on the day.
On-Site Chair Massage
Bring the clinic to your office. Our massage therapists set up on-site and offer short, targeted chair massage sessions that reduce tension, improve focus and boost morale — all without employees leaving the building.
Ergonomics Assessments
Practical, hands-on workstation assessments by our chiropractors or physios. We review each employee's desk setup, monitor position, chair height and posture habits — and provide personalised recommendations to reduce strain.

A complimentary 5-10 minute assessment with one of our chiropractors at a convenient location within your workplace. The fully clothed examination assesses posture, spinal mobility, areas of tension and underlying patterns that could lead to future issues. It's quick, non-invasive and informative.
Our wellness talks are tailored to your team. Popular topics include posture and desk ergonomics, stress management, spinal health, sleep optimisation, movement for office workers, and how the musculoskeletal system is affected by sedentary work. Talks run approximately 30 minutes and can be scheduled during a lunch break or team meeting.

Yes. We service workplaces across Auckland — from the CBD to the North Shore, East Auckland and beyond. All we need is a quiet room or space and we bring everything else. Our nearest clinic to you is WYLD Howick at 128 Picton Street.
Absolutely. Employees are welcome to book directly at any of our 5 Auckland clinics — online, by phone or by email. ACC claims for workplace injuries can be lodged in-house with no GP referral needed.
Yes. Our chiropractors and physiotherapists are ACC registered providers. If an employee has been injured at work — or anywhere else — we can lodge a new ACC claim directly at the clinic. No GP referral required.
